All content generated natively on this website is the property of Virtuous Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon successful completion of a custom website project and confirmation of final milestone payment receipt, 100% full Intellectual Property (IP), source code, and platform design ownership is legally and technically transferred to the client strictly WITHIN 24 hours. Following website creation, a formal execution contract will be signed explicitly identifying that Virtuous Solutions LLC owns and transfers only the structural layout, layout architecture, and custom visual theme of the website; all corporate information, copy, claims, state values, data, and compliance guidelines published on the website are exclusively owned, verified, and legally maintained by the client business owner(s).
Payments made through our website are processed securely via Stripe and are subject to our Billing & Refund Policy. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your provided payment method. All charges are executed in USD. We reserve the right to modify our service pricing framework with 30 days' notice to existing retainer clients.
